Red Shoes Living Founder

Lonnie Mayne led InMoment, one of the largest and most recognized customer experience optimization companies in the world. As company president, Lonnie worked closely with the leadership of some of the most well-known global brands across 25 vertical markets helping them to differentiate their brand stories through exceptional customer experiences.  Lonnie built a team of Red Shoes Leaders that grew the business 817% over the last few years by creating a culture focused on Red Shoes Living.

As an internationally recognized speaker, Lonnie shares his expertise on standing out in the way you live, the way you interact with people and your overall contribution in the world.  Whether it's business or personal; Red Shoes Living is a way of life.

In a world that is increasingly noisy and negative, The Red Shoes philosophy has become a symbol for making a positive impact in the world.

Lonnie's expertise in building wildly prosperous, customer-centric organizations is in high demand. He spends a good portion of his time traveling the globe on behalf of InMoment, consulting with C-level executives and leveraging InMoment's technology solutions to drive customer experience. As part of this initiative, Lonnie is asked to speak publicly,  where he focuses on leadership, culture and Red Shoes Living. He pioneered the Red Shoes Living concept and uses that platform to inspire others to create and deliver authentic, memorable relationships.

Lonnie presented at the prestigious British Citizen Awards held at the Palace of Westminster hosted by Lord Dholakia. The awards recognized individuals  for doing extraordinary things, truly making a difference in their local community.

The British Citizen Awards recognise individuals for their selflessness and positive impact on society: the very people that personify the Red Shoes Living philosophy. When Lonnie presents his passionate delivery of what Red Shoes Living means, he deftly aligns it with our medallists’ own Blue Ribbon on their medal, verbalising eloquently what their achievement means in the wider world. Lonnie’s message is one that we never tire of hearing.
