Nice Is Easy: Children Understand the Customer Experience


When life starts to get too complicated, it’s never a bad idea to take a step back, simplify, and view things from the perspective of a child. This is especially true when it comes to the customer experience. Be nice. Treat people with respect. Help others when you can. These things aren’t hard to do, but many times they get forgotten. Tap into your inner child this week and put on your red shoes!
